Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. 1) If you need to return or exchange an item, contact us immediately for a return authorization number, indicating the reason for return. 2) All items must be returned undamaged to Kiss Bridal Veils .com, within 14 days of receipt in their original box and packaging. We are not able to reimburse you for shipping charges unless we make a mistake or an item is damaged. 3) A 10% restocking fee applies but is waived for your first exchange. 4) If an item is flawed or damaged, notify us immediately and return it in 7 days. We will not accept a return for damaged items after 7 days.
