We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.

If you need to return or exchange an item to Kiss Bridal Veils .com, you may do so within 14 days of receipt.

If an item is flawed or damaged, notify us immediately and return it in 7 days. We will not accept a return for damaged items after 7 days.

Before you return an item please contact us for a Return Authorisation Number.

All returned items must:

1)  Be in their original box and packaging. Please ensure the package is sealed & secured.

2)  Be in new condition with tags attached. Not altered, modified, soiled or worn in any way.

3)  Returned prior to your Wedding Day. 

4)   Include the completed Return Authorization Number Packing Slip in the box.  Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Items without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Kiss Bridal Veils .com are not responsible for lost or damaged items in return shipping, so please insure appropriately with your carrier.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs as we do not accept COD's.

There will be a $5 restocking fee on any item returned.

Once the conditions of return have been satisfied, we will process a credit against your PayPal Account asap.

If your initial order had free shipping (over $80) and a return or exchange makes your order less than $80, the shipping fee will be deducted from your credit.

Custom orders are non-returnable as they have been made to your specifications.

Wrong or Damaged Items

1) Unfortunately we sometimes make a mistake and send the  wrong item or a item is damaged or flawed.  If this happens, we will issue a replacement /identical product and repay the return shipping costs.

2)  Please notify us immediately (contact us) with the details and return the product in 7 days.

3)  We will send you a Return Authority Number and you will need to prepay the return UPS Ground or USPS Priorty postage.

4)  On receipt and processing of the wrong or damaged product, the replacement item will be shipped. and a refund for the postage will be issued to your credit card.

5) Of course if you need the replacement item quickly, please contact us.
